I’ve enjoyed a successful career in franchising over the last 13 years but women are underrepresented in all areas of franchising including C-Suite/leadership roles, franchise owners, consultants, & vendors. The number of women entering franchising is growing but the ability to connect & network with other women in the franchise industry is limited.
