Our founder has thrived in franchising for over a decade. However, women are underrepresented across the industry, including in leadership, consulting, vendor roles, and franchise ownership. While more women are entering franchising, their opportunities to connect & network are limited. Tons of excellent networking platforms exist for women executives and entrepreneurs, but they aren't designed to support the unique nuances that women in franchising experience. Recognizing this gap prompted our founder to create Females & Franchising; a members only platform dedicated to connecting, educating, empowering, & elevating women in the franchise industry.
